Processing Times


Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframes


Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days after dispatch (varies by location).
Express Shipping (where available)
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days after dispatch (varies by location).

Delivery estimates are a guide only and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, weather events, or remote/regional addresses.

Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size and the shipping option selected.

Tracking Your Order

Address Changes


Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

Delivery Issues & Support


If your order is delayed
Check your tracking first. If it has not updated for several days, contact us and we will assist promptly.
If your parcel arrives damaged
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve it quickly.
If your parcel is marked delivered but missing
Check around your property and with neighbours first. If it is still missing, contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with the carrier.
