We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within this period.

Eligibility for Returns


  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Products must be returned with original packaging and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • For hygiene reasons, some items may be non-returnable if opened or used.

How to Start a Return


  1. Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Securely package the item and send it back as instructed.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your return.

Refunds


When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Funds are returned to your original payment method.
Shipping fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items


If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.

In these cases, we will cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges


If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know and we’ll arrange it (subject to stock availability).
